In Australia, the OGTR has approved the commercial release of genetically modified InVigor® Canola and RoundUp Ready® Canola. Moratoria are still in effect in some Australian states, which prevents commercial planting of GMO in those particular jurisidictions.
Gene-of-interest Testing:
We offer event-specific PCR assays for RoundUp Ready® canola (events RT73 and GT200), Liberty Link® (events T45 and Topas19/2), and InVigor hybrid canola (RF3 x MS8) are available for both AP and gene-of-interest.
Adventitious Presence Testing:
Real-time PCR testing targeting PAT, NOS, FMV, and for imported seed, BayTE, are available to determine and adventitiously present GMO in conventional seed lots.
