Detection of genetically modified cotton is based on real-time PCR, ensuring fast and accurate identification of GM in seed-lots that meet regulatory requirements in different countries.
Real-time PCR tests, which target CaMV35S, NOS, or NPTII are used to determine AP GMO in conventional seed.
