Our People

Our lead research scientists have been involved in the development and validation of real-time PCR methods for GMO detection since 1999.

Our Technology

Our core technologies are real-time PCR, DNA sequencing, AFLP analysis and marker discovery and DNA profiling using STRs (short tandem repeats). Although having long been used by forensic and medical scientists, DNA testing has more recently been applied to analyses in the food and agricultural sectors. Significantly, AgriGen Biotech's scientists have been at the forefront of PCR technology development in the analysis of food and grains.
