The AgriGen website (Website) is operated and maintained by AgriGen and its use is governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C). The Website is provided for the convenience of its contract and long term clients (You or Your) and access to the Website is granted at AgriGen’s discretion. AgriGen reserves the right to terminate access at anytime without notice for whatever reason. This includes breach of the T&C or non-payment of an account.
Each time You access the Website You warrant that You are authorised to use the log-in and password You are using and You agree to be bound by the T&C applicable at the time of log-in.

Access to the Website may from time to time be limited, delayed, unavailable or slow. AgriGen does not warrant or guarantee that Website access will be continuously uninterrupted or error-free.

You are responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of the hardware and software necessary to access the Website. AgriGen is not responsible for Your computer system setup, compatibility or software. The information and advice AgriGen is able to provide You in relation to Your computer system is strictly limited to information and advice relating to the Website.
While every effort is made by AgriGen to ensure that the Website is free from viruses You are responsible for ensuring that You have in place all necessary measures to safeguard Your computer against possible e-contamination including malware.
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of Your Website log-in and password. You must immediately notify AgriGen if You become aware of the loss, theft or unauthorised use of Your Website log-in or password. If You have a change of staff it is recommended that You apply to AgriGen for a new password to safeguard against unauthorised access. You should note that the authenticity of information on the Internet cannot be guaranteed and this includes analysis results published on the Website. It is recommended that You enquire with AgriGen directly to verify the authenticity of the Website results that You seek to rely upon.
